We want YouthBy to be easy to use, including with a keyboard, a screen reader or enlarged text.

If a page, listing or form is difficult to use, contact us with the page link and a description of the problem. Let us know how you would prefer us to respond.

What we aim for

• Every link, button and form control reachable and operable with a keyboard alone.
• Text that meets at least 4.5:1 contrast, and larger text at least 3:1.
• Pages that still work at 200% zoom and on a narrow screen, without losing content.
• Headings in order, a skip link to the main content, and navigation landmarks a screen reader can jump between.
• Decorative drawings marked as such, and never the only place something is said.

Being honest about it

This page is a route to tell us something is wrong. It is not a claim of conformance: the site has not been through an independent accessibility audit, and we would rather say that than imply a certification we do not have.
